Real Content Strategy is a growing marketing agency serving businesses in Canada, and other international markets.

We are looking for an independent professional to provide social media and content strategy services on a flexible, project-based basis.

This is not an employment position. The selected professional will provide services independently under a formal service agreement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand each client’s business, audience, offer and tone of voice
• Plan content topics and organize content calendars
• Write scripts for Reels, captions and calls to action
• Adapt organic video concepts and CTAs into paid ads
• Prepare clear briefs for our Video Editor and coordinate the deliverables
• Review, schedule and continuously publish content across multiple channels
• Analyze results and recommend improvements

This is not a graphic design or video editing role. You will work with each client’s existing brand elements, including positioning, audience, tone of voice, key messages and visual references.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience with social media, content strategy or copywriting
• Understanding of short-form video content
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple client accounts
• Good command of English, especially in reading and writing.
• Responsibility, autonomy and clear communication

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

Compensation is paid per project, based on the scope of services for each assigned client account.

Managing combined accounts is doable within this role, with the potential for earnings over R$3,000+ per month, depending on the scope of each project.

Services will initially be operational and hands-on, with opportunities to progress into client and team coordination responsibilities as RCS grows.
